Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Monitor & Summarize CRM KPIs for the Region and by individual store - Distill monthly CRM reports to identify trends and insights related to marketing strategies/activities to share with area/Store Managers - Program seasonal schedule of e-blast deployment, look book orders, catalogue orders, and handle all relevant invoices relating to Direct Mail - Manage reporting on effectiveness and ROI on all client campaigns (DM, email, events, partnerships, etc.) - Daily management of customer database; development of in-depth customer profiles, client merging, client reassignments - Oversee CRM gifting initiatives/budgets and private client relations activates/budgets - Support CRM with Private Client Experiences including Milan Runway Show facilitation - Work closely with local retail marketing team to segment client base effectively for store events, and create relevant phone/email scripts for stores - Customize targeted client lists; lead campaign management initiatives, and pull ad hoc reports to fulfill area/Store Manager requests
Job Qualifications & Specifications - University Degree or above - At least 3 - 5 years of experience working with CRM; preferably in Luxury Retail; - Experience using cloud –based CRM software (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) - Fluent in Mandarin and English and in both written and oral communication· Good PC skills and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Well organized and effective time management (multi-tasking) - Smart, strong communication skill, with good attitude - Independent thinking, detail oriented - Good sense of figure & emergency (prioritizing skill & time management)
