职责描述: 1. Gathering & understanding requirements from the customers. 2. Drafting Business Requirement Documentation for project specifications. 3. Develop a critical understanding of clients’ operations and systems. 4. Act as liaison with product developers to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. 5. Communicate business requirement specifications to the development team and work with them to scope feasibility of required change; communicate the same to customers. 6. Participate in the User Acceptance Testing for various updates in Benchmark applications if required. 7. Provide Application Specific training to Benchmark subscribers. 8. Troubleshoot / escalate the user inquiries timely via email, phone or other tracking tools. 任职要求: 1. B. E / B. Tech degree in information systems/computer science, engineering/science fields, communications, and computer-related training. 2. 1-3 years relevant experience, highly desired. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong time management, organization, and project skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 6. Basic computer troubleshooting skills. 7. Knowledge of HTML and web-based software solutions 8. Experience writing queries involving multiple tables from MS Access, SQL Server, etc., highly desired.
