Job Description:
？ To provide legal support to regional retail daily operation, online disputes and other service teams
？ To draft, review and validate contracts and other legal document
？ To keep all company licenses up-to-date
？ To study and support initiative business mode at store or city level
？ To conduct legal research and work out legal memos per manager’s requirement
？ To provide legal training and onsite visit by request
？ Other legal missions assigned by the manager
Requirements:
？ Law degree or legal study experience is required. Chinese legal professional qualification is a plus. Working experience in a law firm or FMCG, construction industry is appreciated.
？ Fluent in written and oral English, good legal writing and analysis skill
？ Master to use Word, Excel and all kinds of office facilities
？ Attention to detail with good time management skills. Self-disciplined, service-oriented, concrete and communicative
