To be responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities,pre-production sample development ,costing ,preliminary screening&operation tracking.
To communicate order operation processes properly to meet quantity,quality,order specifications&delivery dates required.
To track pre-operation on sample development to ensure matching of samples against required specifications&quality satandard.
To coordinate logistics&prepare costing packages.
To diagnose operation problems&work with factory to present alternatives to both buyers&local management.
Supervise&motivate the team member.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Garment Construction&Apparel Manufacture.
Minimum 1-3years experience in apparel merchandising environment.
Good product knowledge in woven&knitwear.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Self -motivated team player&willing to work under pressure.
Preferably with leadership shills and experience.
