This position is to assistant M&R supervisor or manager to control repairs costs are in compliance with damage conditions and control operations carried out by depots; Contribute to container stock management for a determined area within the Agency by watching closely the repair of container priority according to bookings. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and validate repair estimates for all types of containers - Recovery / Reefer monitoring (E.G. spare parts, GenSets) - Perform regular depot visit / depot survey to inspect damages units or post repair units onsite - Monitor repair vendors’ performance (expenses, repair quality etc) to ensure CMA-CGM’s repair guidelines are implemented - Monitor depot’s idle list weekly and push depot to repair units timely - Check CMA logo application performance in depot - Complete M&R KPI report and other reports as required - Conduct Depot auditing as per required - Other ad-hoc tasked assigned by direct manager Requirements - Bachelor's degree with relevant major - 3+ years container M&R working experience in shipping company or container depots - Familiar with international regulations of container inspection & repair, an IICL certificate holder is preferred - Be proficient in computer application and office - Be able to use English for communication in daily work - Strong sense of responsibility for work, and good team player
