任职要求: 1.本科学历 Bachelor degree 2. 达到英语CET-4等同的能力,良好的书面和口头表达能力。 Proficiency in written and spoken English, CET-4 or equivalence. 3. 物流行业工作经验3年以上,销售助理岗位1年以上,熟悉第三方物流运作流程。 At least 3 years working experience in logistics, 1 year for sales assistance position, familiar with 3PL operation flow. 4. 能熟练使用WORD,EXCEL,PPT等办公软件,具备一定的文案写作能力。 Strong skill of office software, good writing ability. 5. 良好的沟通能力,团队合作精神和执行力。 Good communication, teamwork spirit and execution capability. 6. 良好的职业素养和谈判技能,责任心强,抗压能力强。 Good Professionalism, negotiating skills , strong sense of responsibility and work under pressure. 7. 从事过物流销售或统计类工作者优先考虑。 Sales or statistics working experience will be preferred.
职位描述: 1. 建立完整的客户档案,对市场与竞争对手信息汇整。 Set up complete customer master file, sorting marking and competitors information. 2. 与现有或潜在客户定期会议,关注客户的业务或物流问题,探索新的需求和合作机会 Keep regular meeting with existing or potential customers to learn customer’s business or logistics blockpoints and explore new requirement & opportunities. 3. 熟悉操作流程,迅速有效地跟进销售线索,赢取销售机会。 Familiar with operational flows, quickly & efficiently follow up and catch sales opportunities. 4. 擅长统计和数据分析,做好定期销售数据分析,提出问题和优化意见。 Good at statistics and data analysis, optimization recommendation after regular sales data analysis. 5. 通过新老客户的定期沟通,搜集客户反馈,驱动内部服务提升及业务聚焦。 Collect customer’s feedback through regular communication, drive internal service improvement and head up business focus. 6. 良好的市场敏锐度,紧密关注市场价格变化,及时提出调控报价的意见。 With keen market insight, closely monitor market price change, timely adjust quotation proposal. 7. 协助制作新客户的报价单和现有客户的年度报价单更新及数据分析。 Assist on new customer’s quotation and existing customer’s annual quotation review and analysis. 8. 负责协助新客户的竞标准备工作,跟进合同签署,现有合同的及时续签和相关归档工作。 Assist on target customer’s RFQ preparation and responses, follow up contract setup, as well as existing customer’s contract renew and filing. 9. 协助长期应收款的监控和考核工作。 Monitor long pending payment and AR KPI assessment. 10. 定期制作销售业务回顾报告及发展计划,与销售经理汇报沟通。 Regular sales business review
