JD of SDE
Responsibilities
1.Develop new suppliers to fulfill company‘s demands and requirements in terms of quality;
2.Manage approval supplier to ensure they achieve good performance.
3.Establish effective process control tools and measures at Supplier facilities to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and cost requirements are achieved.
4.Organize/track first samples approval (product approval) with support of local measurement laboratories and internal departments;
5.Set up and track suppliers’ quality performance objectives according to company’s general quality objectives ;
6.Completely convey company quality requirements to supplier and make them implemented properly;
7.Follow company’s escalation procedure in case of out of track or major emergency incidents;
8.Negotiate and conclude quality agreements/contracts, Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure the good partnership with the suppliers;
9.Take part in formation/development of supplier strategy;
10.Assess suppliers‘ manufacturing process and adequacy to find the suitable supplier.
11.Drive suppliers‘ continuous improvement and follow up step down plans;
12.Take part in suppliers’ (performance) evaluation and make the supplier improvement plan.
13.Perform audits and visits at suppliers‘ site, follow up agreed improvement actions;
14.Manage safe launch for new products at suppliers’ side;
15.Other tasks assigned by Managers.
Requirements:
？Local people in Fengxian district is preferred;
？Bachelor Degree, Majored in Mechanical referred sides;
？With 2-5 years working experience in MNC fields, and concentrate in Scouting or Quality function;
？With Fluent English ,standards both in Written and Spoken is a plus;
？With Positive and Stable working attitude, Able to travel regularly;
