主要职责: 1. According to the project situation, formulate an appropriate contract strategy. Conduct feasibility assessment on contract strategies to effectively avoid risks.据项目情况,制定合适的合同策略。对合同策略进行可行性评估,有效规避风险。 2. Under the contract strategy framework, draft and formulate contract terms, and analyze the contract draft according to the contradiction between commercial and technical terms and conditions.在合同策略框架下,起草制定合同条款,根据商业和技术条款和条件之间的矛盾分析合同草案。 3. Conduct a review of other contract-related documents (such as consortium agreements) that make up the RFP.对构成RFP的其他合同相关文件(例如联合体协议)进行审查。 4. Prepare negotiation materials, organize meetings and negotiations.准备谈判材料,组织会议和谈判。 5. According to the requirements of other departments of the company, complete the contract approval.按照公司其他部门的要求,完成合同审批。 6. Develop a pre-award schedule for contract drafting and approval and monitor the implementation. Ensure that contract documents such as acceptance certificates are signed on time and in accordance with the format, and prepare contract progress reports.制定合同起草和批准的预授时间表并监督实施。确保验收证书等合同文件按时、按格式签署,编写合同进度报告。 7. Collect contract performance data from other departments of the company and contractors, conduct risk assessment and submit reports in real time. Track lessons learned in contract management. Examine plans and facts regarding contract performance and develop risk mitigation recommendations.从公司其他部门和承包商收集合同履行情况的数据,即时进行风险评估并提交报告。跟踪合同管理中的经验教训。检查合同履行方面的计划与事实,制定风险缓解建议。 8. Do a good job in the management of contract changes. If necessary, optimize and improve the signed contract.做好合同变更的管理。必要时对已签署的合同进行优化改进。 9. Input claims management data into corporate claims management system.将索赔数据输入公司索赔管理系统。 10. Keep in close contact with the contractor and actively solve the problems.与承包商保持紧密联系,积极解决出现的问题。 任职要求: 1. Higher education in law/economics/project management,between 3 to 5 years of job experience as a contract manager.?法律/经济/项目管理方面的高等教育,3至5年合同经理工作经验。? 2. Good communicator, team leader, and with an active attitude taking full ownership of his/her tasks and area of responsibility.良好的沟通者、团队领导者,并以积极的态度完全掌控自己的任务和责任范围。 3. Capable of getting things done in a corporate environment through following corporate business decisions workflow.能够通过遵循公司业务决策工作流程在公司环境中完成工作。 4. Knows typical forms of contracts for engineering, procurement, construction, turnkey (FIDIC preferably), i.e. understands the terms and definition, has experience in such types of contracts.了解工程、采购、施工、交钥匙合同(最好是 FIDIC)的典型形式,即了解术语和定义,具有此类合同的经验。 5. Knows principles of currency risks management, project finance, URDG758.了解货币风险管理、项目融资、URDG758 的原则。 6. Skills of team work in international projects, including direct communication, correspondence, filing claims in English/Chinese/Russian.国际项目中的团队合作技能,包括直接沟通、通信、用英语/中文/俄语提出索赔。 7. Knows how to manage project stakeholders.知道如何管理项目利益相关者。 8. Knows typical legal regulations, which govern contracts for engineering, procurement, construction, turnkey in Russia and/or China.了解俄罗斯和/或中国管理工程、采购、施工、交付合同的典型法律法规。 9. Knows typical requirements to project management.了解项目管理的典型要求。
