Requirements - Minimum of 10 years of progressive global sourcing or supply chain experience in hardgoods preferably for household products (eg. Cookware, Kitchenware, Bathroom, Tableware…) for leading European retailer environment required. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply Chain Management preferably - Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process. - Able to work under pressure, energetic, good can-do attitude, self- motivated, responsive, and proactive, team player. - Strong coaching and team building skill and experience. - Strong communication, negotiation skills, Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. - Strong problem-solving skills.
