Take the responsibility to solve the problems, deal with the complaints/ accident during the operations. 发展良好的关系,为供应商和客户提供支持。定期向客户和供应商准备定期报告,如舱位报告、未结订单报告、预测报告、空间分配报告, 与运营和供应商协调员紧密合作,协调客户和供应商的解决方案。Develop strong relationship and provide support to vendors and clients. Prepare regular reports such as Space Report, Open PO Report, Forecast Report, Space allocation report to clients and vendors. 与客户和供应商沟通和协调,确保数据和报告准确及时。如果供应商提供的数据有任何差异,请向国外客户报告。 Communicate & coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure the data and reports are accurate and on timely manner. Report to client if any discrepancy within the data received from its vendors. 为新供应商提供系统培训。 Deliver training to new vendors. 协调内部和外部的运输安排。 Coordinate with internal and external parties for shipping arrangement. 完成分配的其他临时任务。Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned EDUCTION & TRAINING University degree in Logistics or related disciplines is a plus ?物流或相关专业大学本科以上学历优先 CET4 or above (for China office) 英语四级或以上(中国办事处) Fluent of spoken and written English, Mandarin英语、普通话流利 KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE More than 5 years of relevant work experience 5年以上相关工作经验(in international forwarding, air freight / shipping field.)
