General duties: 1. Manage Specified KA-core Account at national(KH3) level, safeguard and Improve share of wallet of all business units, including New series, L, UE, Rental and After-sales; 2. Maintenance and penetrate Specified KA-Industrial Account at national level, improve Brand awareness. Improve business opportunity. 3. New Strategic Major Account development base on specified industries. 4. Complete Annual individual KPI target.
Job descriptions: 1. For all Key-core Account, maintenance relationship at national (KH3) level, Work out individual KA-core strategies and set up annual business target (OI/Turnover/Share of wallet) through Strategy paper; 2. For all Key-core Account, Setting up internal ”JH selling team” who come from SU/BU/Function; Leading selling-team to implement strategies and achieve business target through daily operation and management; Including, regular internal review, joint-visit, organize and participate sales activities at customer site, leading key projects etc. 3. For KA-industry, working together with Key Account & BD function and work out industrial BD Report/Plan, setup industrial strategy and annual industrial business target; 4. For KA-Industrial Account, Implement BD plan/Strategy and achieve business target through participating sales &marketing activities, setup connection with industrial association, improve business opportunity, leading single key cross-selling project at national level and improve hit rate. 5. Worked out Annual new target potential major account list. Setup and fulfill individual customer BD plan, manage opportunity & project pipeline and improve hit rate. 6. Achieve annual business and functional KPI. 7. Other issues which was defined in China KA management guideline.
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical & Automation is preferable. 2. Strong in action, able to understand and quickly repond to customers’ pain points and needs. 3. Have the business ability to independently deal with large-scale projects and high-level customer decision-makers. 4. Fluent in English (CET-6 or above) is preferred, good at speaking and writing skills. 5. Powerpoint production (bilingual in Chinese and English) and good at presentation skills 6. High efficiency to work on multi-task assignments. 7. Communicate effectively from external to internal. 8. Ability to work under pressure. 9. Knowledge and experience in using computer and operation Windows & Office (English version) or computer literature.
