Key Responsibilities:
? Support molding, testing, data generation, analysis and prepare formal report for regional customer projects where technical expertise in business is necessary to show and demonstrate the value of product offerings.
? Strong sense of safety practice and basic protocols in lab environment.
? Proactively support global projects and initiatives.
? Perform lab test following ISO/ASTM/GB standards.
? Develop and monitor technical documentation and SOPs.
? Demonstrate ability of DOE and data analysis.
? Generate high quality & reliable data and recording lab data. Compiles and interprets the results of trials and experiments and documents.
? Technical writing and documentations and ability to communicate findings to broad diverse audience.
Ideal Profile:
? Educational Background: B.S. degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or related majors;
? Working experience in polymer testing labs of an institutional or industrial environment is preferred.
? Experience in ISO17025 certified labs.
? Strong technical skills in lab testing including but not limited to deep understanding of testing standards (ISO, ASTM, GB), familiar with industrial standards by OEMs, hands-on experiences in testing, reading and writing instrument manual/technical reports/lab documentation.
? Initiative and self-motivated.
? Excellent professional records.
? Strong sense in collaboration and teamwork.
? Strong communication skills.
? Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
