- Able to provide solution for quality improvement on products
- Audit the investment plan of tooling, moulds and etc
Supplier visiting and evaluation
- Business trip around China is required
- Visiting reports is required
- Negotiation with suppliers in order to achieve target price and payment term
Purchase order management
- Follow up PO production until shipment is completed
- Assist logistic department for shipment
- Able to use internal company system, example, AS400 and input relevant information
Quality control
- Inspection and report for sample development
- Inspection and report for production
- Work with third-party company to proceed with inspection
Purchasing activity management
- Able to work with other buyers in order to achieve term annual budget
- Regular internal meeting and report on team projects developments
- Create procedures, workflow in order to avoid possible mistakes and increase the team working efficiency
