Key Accountabilities主要工作职责: 1 Take major responsibility in maintaining the pre-certification related information in the system to ensure its accuracy, and in applying for GOP based on the requests of different insurances,while Billing Supervisor & Insurance Specialist are absent 主要负责维护系统中患者商保的相关信息,确保其准确性,并根据不同险种的要求申请GOP 2Work as key person to answer emails from insurances/patients in time. 负责及时回复保险公司和病人的电子邮件 3.Conducting financial counselling/quotations to patients/insurances companies before/after visit 在患者就诊前/后,为病人/保险公司提供价格咨询 / 报价 4. Assist in calculate medical expenses for patients according to company pricing standards and relevant policies, collect payments and deposits from patients correctly. 根据公司定价标准及相关政策计算患者的医疗费用,正确收取患者的医药费及押金 5.Assist in orientates teachers and develops new team members. Serves as their resource person and preceptor, provides input on team member`s professional and performance. 协助指导和培训团队新成员,作为他们的导师,反馈团队成员的专业技能和工作表现 6Help to settle complaints and feedback from patients 协助处理病人的投诉并及时反馈给病人 7.Other key tasks / projects assigned by Manager 经理安排的其他关键任务 / 项目 8.Perform Customer Service Clerk role when needed?? 当工作需要时,同时承担客服人员的工作 9. Strive to render the excellent customer service to external & internal customer 努力为内部和外部客户提供优质的客户服务 Qualifications & Experience 任职资质及经验: College’s degree or above 大专或以上学历 Minimum 3 years’ direct experience in relevant service areas?? 至少3年相关服务领域的直接经验 Effective Communication Skill & Teamwork Spirit, Customer focus?? 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神,以客户为中心 Fair computer software skills? 良好的计算机软件技能
