DUTIES: 1. Digital content planning & execution - Follow digital content strategy and plan the content creation to support business partners to share contents to attract new customers and to engage with their existing customers. - Work with agencies and internal team members to create related social media contents as planned in all digital platforms, such as RED, WeChat, Channel, WeiBo, etc., to enhance brand and product exposure. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives & campaigns in line with broader marketing and communication strategies. - Plan and implement strategies of online influencers including KOL, KOC and other potential online influencers. - Creative in official social media accounts content strategy and management to boost brand awareness and exposure. - Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand social media presence. 2. Social investment project management - Demonstrate strong project management skills and excellent social marketing abilities to lead social investment projects which include but not limited with influencer selection & collaboration, feeds, and content optimization, online advertisement, etc. 3. Agencies managements - Manage digital agency to provide qualified service through effective communication. Hands on contract and payment to control budget as planned. 4. SMO support - Manage and optimize the search results on the Search Engine platforms, especially on Baidu and RED, and work closely with agencies to enhance brand image and product exposure. 5. CRM - Regular maintenance of CRM through agency. 6. Analyze and report - Analyze and report digital marketing campaign, content creation and project result periodically. 7. Team management - Enhance team members communication efficiency within and across departments. - Responsible for all Digital related payment request submission and provide support to line manager on budget control.
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor degree or above with 3- 5 years of digital marketing experience, esp. in social media platform managements and influencer collaborations. Longer experience is preferable. 2. FMCG, beauty or direct sales industry working background is preferable. Successful official social accounts management experience is a plus. 3. Logical thinker with creativity; familiar with social media trend and tonality; capability to evaluate and adjust copy writing. 4. Good sense of responsibility, good communication skills and team work ability, able to work independently and under pressure. 5. Strong coordination ability with different counterparts. 6. Capable of business English writing, speaking, and reading. 7. Good computer skill and able to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word professionally. 8. CRM experience is a plus. 9. Multi-tasks skills.
