Position Summary
This position is responsible for GCN Mobility East regional business development under sales strategy, maintain and develop clients for automotive OEM and suppliers in East Area (Shanghai,Zhejiang,Jiangsu) market access to achieve Business Line target.
该职位负责在大中华区车辆部东区业务开发,维护和开发汽车OEM和供应商在东区(上海,浙江,江苏)的市场准入,以实现业务线目标。

Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Target Achievement
销售目标达成
To develop business with existing and new OEM customers through professional sales activities to achieve the order taking target and key client developing target in the following aspects;
通过专业的销售活动,拓展现有和新的OEM客户业务开发,实现以下几个方面的接单目标和大客户开发目标;
? Respond to and follow up customer's enquiry;
响应并跟进客户的询价;
? Promote one Mobility business to automotive OEM and related electrical and connective customer group suppliers in shanghai,zhejiang,Jiangsu province ;
负责上海、浙江、江苏等地区汽车OEM及关联的汽车电子智能网联供应链的推广;
? Search for potential customer and promote TüV SüD's mobility service to potential customer;
寻找潜在客户,向潜在客户推广TüV SüD交通服务部的服务;
? Visit customer independently to maintain business relationship and dig out potential business opportunity;
独立拜访客户,维护业务关系,挖掘潜在商机;
? Developing new business based on homologation business and HAD business;
基于认证业务和自动驾驶业务开发新的业务;
? Prepare agreement and quotation to customer;
准备合同和报价给客户;
? Keep good billing(invoice) and clients' payment to meet the requirements of company.
保持良好的账单(发票)和客户付款,以满足公司的要求。
2. Sales Development
销售发展
? Organize market activities to support business development and TüV SüD brand image promotion;
组织市场活动支持业务发展和TüV SüD品牌形象提升;
? Attend assigned technical training to improve technical knowledge continuously;
参加指定的技术培训,不断提高技术知识;
3. Sales Operation and Support
? Follow sales operation policy in daily sales activity;
在日常销售活动中遵循销售政策;
? Collecting market information including competitors and automotive industry;
收集市场信息,包括竞争对手和汽车行业;
? Support sales in other regions for successful case and experience sharing;
支持其他地区的销售成功案例和经验分享;
? Attend sales meeting or other meeting assigned by Reporting Manager according to requirement;
根据要求参加销售会议或其他由汇报经理安排的会议;
? Finish the sales report or documents required by Business Line;
完成业务线要求的销售报告或文件;
4. Others
? Perform other duties assigned by Reporting Manager.
完成报告经理分配的其他任务。

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree and above;
本科及以上学历;
2. Fluently English oral and written skills;
良好的英语口语和书面能力;
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills;
出色的组织能力和沟通能力;
4. Customer-oriented and able to work independently;
以客户为导向,能够独立工作;
5. At least 3 years sales or technical sales working experience in TIC or automotive OEM related industry;
至少3 年汽车电子及智能网联相关的或第三方技术服务公司销售或技术销售工作经验;
6. Be able to travel frequently.
能够接受较高频率出差。
