? Work with regional C&B manager to update China & South Korea salary structure, salary survey and ASR budget, policies on local benefits ? Support China HRMs of different business units to complete annual performance review and salary review activi-ties ? Ensure yearly benefits cycle and flexible benefits run smoothly. ? Support HRMs to make sure market movements is properly reflected in talent retention ? Work with payroll vendors in GC/ Korea to ensure payroll accuracy and insurance renewal ? Supervise payroll analyst to make sure of payroll accuracy and all local admin related activities are properly ful-filled. ? Support Expats on transition related activities ? Support HRMs with customer audits and other related requests ? Support government related reports
