Responsibility: 1. Analyze the requirements from U.S. headquarter, focus on the non-standard products. 2. Keep efficient communication with the suppliers to provide with sample(product) when required. 3. Monitor the change of material market, optimize cost, delivery and payment conditions. 4. Further develop an effective and reliable network of local suppliers, maintain the relationship with suppliers. 5. Develop new product with suppliers under the requirement of clients, make request to supplier on drawing change to meet client needs, involve project engineer for assistance when necessary. 6. Work closely with quality department to resolve the quality and delivery issues during procurement, production and application, customer service. 7. Execute purchase order and purchase contract, ensure smooth internal purchase process, monitor order execution and target delivery date, and take effective measures to prevent possible deviation.
Education/Experience: 1. Bachelor degree or above. 2. Knowledge and experience in mechanical products preferred.
Qualifications/Requirements: 1. Fluent oral and written English communication skill. 2. Excellent time management skills in a fast paced team environment. 3. Be able to take initiatives to work extra miles on helping out projects. 4. Analytical, driven, open minded, goal and customer service oriented. 5. The ability to work independently. 6. Working knowledge of Excel and related Microsoft Office Software. 7. Practice integrity and professionalism in all aspects of the business. 8. Basic knowledge on print-study is preferred but not required.
