Job Responsibilities: 工作职责: Vendor development 开发新供应商 - Support Sourcing Manager’s tactical plans for areas of product responsibility and coordinate vendor sourcing, vendor / factory evaluation, and vendor & product development activities. - 支持采购经理在产品责任领域的策略计划,协调供应商采购,供应商/工厂评估,供应商和产品开发活动。 - Coach vendors in utilization and understanding with key initiatives such as sourcing process and related system operation. - 指导供应商使用和理解关键的计划,如采购流程和相关的系统操作 - Resolve operational issues proactively with the collaboration with cross functional teams. - 与跨职能团队合作,主动解决运营问题 Project Tracking / Delivery 项目追踪/交付 - Be responsible and accountable for tracking, monitoring and raising awareness as to the progress of projects and other initiatives set forth by SSM and SM. - 负责并负责跟踪、监控和提高对项目进展和高级采购经理和采购经理提出的其他倡议的认识。 - Monitor priorities, deadlines and expectations to gain efficiencies. - 监控优先级、截止日期和期望以提高效率。 - Communicating progress and information on time, identifying and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities when possible. - 及时沟通进展和信息,在可能的情况下确定并建议改善机会的方法。 - Perform additional related responsibilities as requested. - 按照要求履行其他相关职责 System / Data Maintenance 系统/数据维护 - Coach vendors Lowe’s import processes & systems for business efficiencies and data accuracy. - 指导供应商使用劳氏的进口流程和系统,以提高业务效率和数据准确性。 - Utilize tools and other mechanisms for database maintenance and file / document management. - 利用工具和其他机制进行数据库维护和文件/文档管理。 - Identify, recommend and implement the improvement opportunities of current processes and procedures (way of working) with collaboration of cross functional teams. - 与跨职能团队合作,识别、推荐和实施现有流程和程序(工作方式)的改进机会。
Qualifications: 职位要求: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields - 工商管理、供应链管理或相关专业本科以上学历 - 3+ years of experience in International Business, Sourcing and Merchandising - 3年以上国际商务,采购和跟单相关工作经验 - Good computer Skill for Excel / Power Point - 熟练操作Excel及PPT软件 - Strong vendor sourcing skill - 较强的开发新供应商的能力 - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - 有同时处理多个任务的能力 - Able to focus on details and possess can-do attitude with strong execution - 专注细节,有积极进取的态度和很强的执行力 - Strong willingness to take steady steps to learn and grow with self-driven personality - 愿意稳步学习和成长,并有自我驱动力 - Workable oral English to communicate with US team and VNO team - 良好的英文口语能力,能同美国及越南团队进行沟通 - Strong communication skill with internal and external stakeholder - 能与内部和外部利益相关者保持良好沟通能力 - Good Communication Skill with vendor, colleague and line manager - 与供应商,同事及直线经理保持良好的沟通 - Relevant industry experience related to North American retail market is a plus - 有北美零售市场相关行业经验者优先 - Experience to handle categories with big volume of SKUs and project management experience is preferred - 有处理过量大SKU和项目管理经验者优先考虑 - Good team player, optimistic, open-minded and outgoing characteristics preferred - 性格乐观,思想开明,外向且有良好的团队合作精神 - Be ownership on her/his job - 对她/他的工作负责 - Be mature on handling work or people - 待人接物成熟
