Job purpose: The Project Coordinator will assist Project Managers to contribute to project deliveries, and will be in charge of site set-up, initiation & monitoring / Document creation & customization.

Presentation of activities and main tasks linked to the job
o Position attached to Project Management department, under the supervision of the China Project Coordinator Manager
o Tracking and reporting study status to the project manager:
- for Site management activities
- for Reads
- for Monitoring of reviewer’s performances activities
=> Deliverable = project status report
o Support Project Managers for monitoring team training, participation in project invoicing and project
documentation management.
o Coordinate team effort to facilitate and meet timelines:
- Site management: analyze new spreadsheets, go for qualification, prepare escalation log and assist
in resolving issues with the sites,
- Readers management: assist in reader’s management activities including resolving issues with
readers, and assisting in monitoring of reviewer’s performances (prepare numbers, coordinate and
support monitoring sessions by medical lead)
o Investigator site set up
o Initiation and follow-up (collection, validation and tracking of essential documents)
o User training

Searched profile
o Bachelor's degree in Project Management with scientific / biomedical background. MS/BS is preferred but not mandatory.
o Experience in pharmaceutical industry and in clinical trials.
o Knowledge in GCP knowledge, and business areas that the company is in (Medical Imaging, Image processing, medical software, clinical trials requirement) is a plus.
o Experience as CRA, or relevant experience at a CRO clinical research facility.
o English communications skills.
o Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
o Knowledge in clinical trials (Knowledge in medical imaging is a plus).
o Organization skills and rigor.
o Autonomous, organized, adaptable, and excellent interpersonal skills.
