How the Job is Performed:
Broad Area-1: Medical Content Writing (Complex Projects) in Simplified Chinese
? Responsible for high client satisfaction for all content milestone deliverables with regard to quality and accuracy, timelines, and efforts
? Use scientific expertise to develop high-quality medical/scientific content outlines and guide the team in content development for assigned modules/projects in line with client expectations
? Participate in client kick-off calls from a content perspective
? Demonstrate good technical competence on methodology for searching the Internet and medico-database, quickness for the understanding and accurate interpretation
? Responsible to build mastery and stay updated with medical developments in different therapeutic areas for multiple deliverables, innovative drugs/compounds and new-technology
? Write scientific content for projects if the nature of the project is extremely complex and it requires expertise, or based on business need, nonetheless, capable to facilitate some supports and line-editing assignment
? Experience of working on scientific content (e.g. slide deck, manuscripts, review articles, consensus writing) & medico-pharmacologic promotional documents
? As a priority of experience of content writing in Therapeutic Areas like Endocrinology Oncology, Immunology.
? Assist manager/director by proactively estimating own workload to ensure high quality delivery to meet the promised timeline to clients.
? Responsible for end-to-end coordination on the content aspect of projects with Project Managers, Medical Reviewers, Editorial and QA team

? Participate in scientific content defence or medical reviews conducted by the clients
Broad Area-2: Support the Pre-Sales Team
? Work with the pre-sales team to develop sample pilot documents by understanding the client requirements
? Draft the elements to be included in the SOW from the content perspective of the project
Broad Area-3: Process Management and Compliance
? Responsible to drive and maintain quality standards for various client deliverables across the team
? Responsible to educate the team (both existing and new members) on maintaining confidentiality and copyright rules for various deliverables as per clients and company norms
? Responsible to ensure the team follows all the security rules with regard to various standards like client SOPs, ISMS, ISO and CMMI
