Project set up & rehearsal / testing– laptop, tele system etc. 2. Workflow alignment with handing units, Medop lead 3. Staffing management 4. Training and coaching Medical Executives & QA Executives on case handling, soft skill, presentations, meeting min preparation etc. 5. Point of contact for project daily coordinate with DPOC lead, handing units, Medop lead etc. 6. Project KPI assessment & FTEs performance monitoring 7. BCP preparation, maintenance and testing 8. Preform and manage CAPA 9. Job Aids / SOPs creation per project requirement 10. Quality check on QA Executives’ work on monthly basis 11. File management & maintenance for Project SharePoint 12. Project report preparation 13. Attend or organize meeting 14. Audit / inspections participation and preparation 15. Accident handling 16. Additional task assigned by DPOC lead or country Medop lead
