As Social Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for supporting CSR daily operations to ensure responsible sourcing in our supply chain, and support on company development too. You will report to the Sustainability and Social Compliance Manager at our Shanghai Office.
Responsibilities
80Perform social compliance audits in FTC China supply chain in accordance with FTC Code of Conduct 80Document the audit findings 80Report the audit results, and highlight the key risky areas 80Communicate audit results to suppliers / factories in a professional, objective, and clear manner 80Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken as a result of audit 80Retain and safeguard documents pertaining to the audit 80Cooperate with and support other auditors 80Submit the audit report clearly, conclusively and without undue delay 80Summarize and analyze audit reports to have whole picture of suppliers’ risk levels 80Act in an ethical manner at all times 80Other projects relating to social compliance may be assigned depending on needs 80Extensive travelling is required
Qualifications
80Bachelor’s degree or above 80Free from bias and influences that could affect objectivity 80More than 8 years relevant work experience from both a 3rd party and a brand 80Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Chinese and English 80Sensitive to mathematics and calculations, especially on working hours and wages 80Be able to walk throughout manufacturing factory environment 80Have sophisticated insights on audit findings, and be able to identify the key risk areas 80Willing to update skills once needed 80Be able to work independently 80Must be knowledgeable in use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 80Familiar with BSCI, SA8000, SMETA, ICTI or RBA will be a plus 80Knowledge on root cause analysis tools, eg. pareto chart, fish bone, etc. will be a plus 80Be with high sense of integrity 80Extensive travelling is required
