Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Provide consulting services to strategic customers.
ü Industrial and value chain analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
ü Provide holistic views and suggestions to grow customers’ business and drive Tetra Pak business
ü Work as a partner to assist in branding, trade marketing and new product development.
2. Ensure strategic alignment with customers on category and product strategies
ü Assist customers to set strategies for their products in TP cartons, seeking alignment between TP Initiatives/strategies and customers’ strategies
ü Define joint strategic projects with customers to generate growth and differentiation (content and package), with strong emphasis on TP product deployment plans
ü Identify market opportunities and convert into customers’ sales growth
3. Support development of key account development plan / marketing and product
ü Provide input to ensure key accounts’ development plans aligned to category strategies
ü Identify growth opportunities from product and category perspectives
ü Work with account management teams to develop product portfolio deployment plans
4. Support execution of key account development plan / marketing and product
ü Present category and product growth opportunities to customers as requested
ü Execute marketing activities with customers and implement marketing support investment plan
ü Play active role in specific customer requests / projects
o Package design
o Market research
o Channel strategy
o Target market identification
o Product launch/ marketing planning for customers
ü Participate actively in account teams with product knowledge
o Value proposition and customer/consumer benefits
5. Explore new opportunities for existing and new customers
ü Figure out consumer insights and capture new opportunities
ü Get inspiration across categories and industries and apply to existing business
Job Requirement:
ü Bachelor degree, MBA preferred
ü At least 8-10 years’ working experience in FMCG marketing/ trade marketing, 4A marketing and e-Commerce in BAT.
ü Fluent in spoken and written English, business travel is a must
ü Teamwork oriented, customer service mindset and skilled in communication
