Key Tasks:
- Keep good relationship with clients, provide satisficed service to clients: friendly, timely & efficient solution.
通过提供给客户友好的，及时的，高效的问题解决等令人满意的服务，维护好客户关系
- Follow up per SOP, check & correct data of receiving documents to make the customs clearance done smoothly
根据标准流程进行操作，包括检查并及时更正文件数据以确保通关顺利
- Tracing the order processing,
跟踪订单及运输动态
- Arrange booking, customs clearance， and monitor its process and cargo delivery;
安排订舱，货物运输及报关
- Coordinating related suppliers / overseas for helping clients solve problems,
协调各方供应商，海外分公司为客人问题的解决提供帮助
- Can well handle rail export shipments under door to door service independently;
可以独立完成门到门一条龙的出口铁路操作服务
- Reply overseas & sales inquiry for any shipment tracing;
回复海外报价及货物跟踪情况
- Check & verify the buying rate and selling rate carefully to make profitable
检查并确认买价与卖价，确保收益
- Be an AR controller, make monthly report
做好应收账款的控制， 完成月报
- Well maintain clients be able to develop more business with clients
维护好现有客户，进一步开发好客户的其它业务

Qualifications & Requirements:
入职要求：
Shanghai Long Term Resident ，College or above degree ，above 3years’ work experiences in forwarding industry, the background for global forwarder will be preferable
上海市常住人才，大专及以上学历， 3年以上相关行业工作经验，跨国公司货代工作经验优先考虑
Good Industry knowledge for handling procedures of rail freight export
熟知铁路出口的相关行业知识和操作程序。
Foreign Language skill Good English in both oral and written. CET 4 and above.
良好的英语口语和书写能力。英语四级及以上
Experienced on Import and Cargowise System operation is preferred
有进口和Cargowise系统操作经验的优先考虑
