I. Job Summary:
工作职责：
The Production Engineer will execute and support on assigned projects or areas to ensure the process/product of Lowe’s vendors’ factory is designed, procured, and manufactured in accordance with customer and Lowe’s quality requirements.
制程工程师将执行和支持指定的项目或区域，以确保劳氏供应商工厂的工艺/产品的设计、采购和制造符合客户和劳氏的质量要求。
This position will execute product quality assurance activities including but not limited to inspection plan development, effective implementation of quality management system, product review, manufacturing quality and process improvement such as defect prevention and waste elimination, customer quality and manufacturing problem resolution, customer returns reduction projects to improve product quality, reduce cost of poor quality (COPQ) and improve customer satisfaction.

II. Required Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or other technical sciences is required.
- 统招本科及以上学历，理工科背景
- 3 to 5 years working experience in the field of quality assurance, managing vendor quality assurance activities in well-managed buying offices or factories.
- 在管理良好的采购办公室或工厂有3-5 年以上质量保证，供应商质量管理经验
- Collaboration and project management skills to ensure successful implementation of quality management system, continuous improvement and sales return reduction project, etc.
- 协作和项目管理技能，以确保质量管理体系、持续改进和减少销售回报等项目的成功实施
- Familiar with product development with solid experience on product design quality assurance, design for manufacturing, key product/process characteristics.
- 熟悉产品开发，在产品设计、质量保证、制造设计、关键产品/工艺特性方面有丰富的经验
- Strong knowledge and experience of implementing ISO9001 and TS16949
- 具有较强的实施ISO9001和TS16949质量管理体系的知识和经验
- Strong understanding and demonstrated use of quality tools such as Kaizen, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, statistical tools, advanced product quality planning APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.
- 对质量工具如Kaizen, DMAIC，精益制造，统计工具，先进的产品质量管理5大工具APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA有较强的理解和示范使用
- Skilled knowledge of statistical software (Minitab, etc.)
- 熟练掌握统计分析软件（如(Minitab等）
- Good oral and written English capability
- 良好的英语口语及书面能力
