1. 带领工程维修及设施团队，合理安排应急维修资源，建立完善的维护保养计划，保证设备设施的正常运行和产量交付。
Ensure the smooth operation of engineering equipment and utilities through proper resource arrangement for demand maintenance and thorough preventive maintenance plan.
2. 全面掌握自动化设备运行状况，领导团队识别设备及流程的优化、改进机会，持续提升设备综合效率。
Understand and master the operation of the automation equipment, continuously improve OEE through optimization and upgrading in machine and process.
3. 带领自动化项目团队，制定并推进工厂长期自动化转型计划，不断提升自动化及质量控制水平，持续降低制造成本。
Plan and execute site long-term automation strategy. Optimize manufacturing cost continuously through lifting automation rate and quality control level.
4. 带领厂房设施团队，制定厂房及基础设施维护改造计划，确保生产活动平稳运行。
Make plant facility and utility maintenance and upgrading plan to support smooth running of all operation activities.
5. 在总部业务部门平台上与利益相关方建立良好的合作关系，将总部工程标准逐步应用到工厂的日常业务中。
Positively collaborate with key stakeholders throughout global network and lead team to align with global engineering standards.
6. 推动精益及持续改进文化被广泛地应用在工程团队的日常工作中。
Drive engineering teams to operate with a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
7. 建立并完善人才发展及培养机制，保留坚实稳定的合格人才团队。
Maintain people cultivating and development plan, retain a stable team structure with qualified employees.
8. 建立扎实的管理制度，确保日常工作中安全及合规要求的充分落实
Ensure fully implementation of safety and compliance requirement under the solid management regime.
9. 带领下属通过目标分解制定相关工作计划并加以落实。
Develop goals and work tasks for direct reports through goal cascading practice, ensure the timely accomplishment.
10. 加强与相关部门的团队合作，相互支持以实现共同目标的达成。
Enhance the connection and cooperation with other departments to accomplish joint goals through mutual collaboration.
11. 根据业务发展情况，制定并落实固定资产投资计划。组织讨论并制定年度部门费用预算并控制实际发生费用。
Develop and execute capital investment plan. Develop overall expense budget and control the actual cost within budget.
任职条件Qualifications: (该职位任职者所需具备的成功要素/ Key success factors the job holder should have)
? 文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):
本科及以上学历, 机械、电气、自动化、设备管理等相关专业
At least bachelor degree in a technical field with major in mechanical, electrical and automation etc.
? 任职经验Working Experience:
十年以上覆盖项目管理及工厂运作的工程领域工作经验，八年以上的管理岗位工作经历，其中五年以上的工程部负责人或类似岗位工作经历，管理的下属人数不低于二十人。
Have over 10 years’ experience in Engineering, balance between project management and plant operation. Have at least 8 years’ experience in management role. Have at least 5 years’ experience as Engineering Head or similar senior position in a multi-national company with team size over 20 people.
三年以上诊断、医疗器械、药品或其他医疗健康领域任职经验为佳。熟悉GMP，合规及安全相关法规和标准为佳。
Prefer to have 3 years’ experience in the industry of Diagnostics, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and other Healthcare areas. Prefer to be familiar with GMP, compliance and EHS standard.
具备管理一定金额的费用预算及固定资产预算的工程职能部门的经验（如超过一百万美元的费用预算，超过二百万美元的固定资产预算）。
Have experience in managing a full engineering function with a certain amount of annual expense budget and capital investment (such as expense budget over $1mm and capital investment over $2mm).
具备领导自动化转型、能耗节约、产线改善、维护优化及其他降成项目的经验。曾经深度参与到工厂新建、改建项目。
Have lead projects in automation transition, energy saving, product line improvement, maintenance optimization and other cost saving projects. Be a key member in any of the Green Field or site expansion project.
