Description:
？Responsible for the BU's full P&L forecast, with closely interaction with commercial team.
？Accounts receivables monitoring abd control, through tracing the collection process and forecast the bad debt impact on P&L.
？Quarterly closing, making sure the financial reporting is correctly reflecting the P&L.
？Periodically business review preparation
？Other ad hoc analysis projects.

Qualifications:
？Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting,5 years finance experience
？Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner
？Strong PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications such as Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc. Strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (pivot tables, Vlookup, etc)
？Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers generate alternatives and drive positive change
？Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas
