We are seeking a skilled and analytical Brand FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst to join our team for a 6-month project. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to support the growth and profitability of our brand within the retail sector. Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation, analysis, and management of the brand’s annual budget and rolling forecasts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, merchandising, and operations) to capture key inputs for financial projections. Financial Analysis: Analyze sales trends, profitability, and margin drivers for the brand, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate KPIs related to revenue, expenses, marketing ROI, and inventory performance. Performance Reporting: Develop and deliver timely financial reports and dashboards to track internal brand performance against targets. Prepare monthly variance analysis and commentary highlighting risks and opportunities related to brand performance. Strategic Partnering: Partner with brand leaders to assess the financial feasibility of new initiatives, campaigns, and product launches. Provide advice on pricing strategies, revenue optimization, and expense management to ensure alignment with corporate goals. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of FP&A processes, including reporting tools and workflows. Drive automation and optimization of financial models and templates.
