Job Description: 1. Be responsible for the development and maintenance of harmonized documentation within the BEUMER Group (especially in coordination with our group company in Germany). 2. Develop and maintain structures of operating and assembly instructions. 3. Prepare texts for the various information products. 4. Create and maintain master documents in a content management system (CMS). 5. Generate publications and projects from the CMS, carry out layout control and compile customer documentation digitally. 6. Create 3D drawings for instructions and manage the graphic data. 7. Be responsible for time scheduling and coordination with other departments, customers, suppliers and our international group companies, project-wise.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree, mechanical engineering and related major. 2. Professional experience in a similar position in technical writing 3. Have technical knowledge from one of the fields automation technology or electrical or mechanical engineering. 4. Good use of MS Office, 3D graphics tools and Adobe Acrobat 5. Good English skills (IELTS 6.0 and above). 6. Have experience in working with XML-based content management systems (like SCHEMA, XR, arbortext, docufiy, smart media creator, …). 7. Willingness to take occasional business trips to ensure close collaboration with German colleagues as well as proper and efficient training supplied in Germany.
