Key Responsibilities 1. Establish, update and implement admin policies, procedure, and management system. 2. Provide full spectrum of administrative support like cleaning, canteen, reception, plants, office layout to meet requirements. 3. The client always comes first! Be warm and welcoming while greeting employees, clients and visitors, answering incoming phone calls and conference room scheduling support. Manage the building visitor registration system with a personal touch. 4. Ensure that meeting rooms are always tidy, accessible and stocked with supplies and ready for the next strategy session. 5. Ensure office snacks, supplies, and general office upkeep is maintained. 6. Lead the team of office's fire safety and assist with office emergency together with leadership team. 7. Take charge of various company activities, like birthday celebrations, traditional holidays celebration, etc. 8. Coordinate with visitors on their local travel and other related arrangements. 9. Support on office travels, coordinate with vendor for flight tickets and hotel, etc.. 10. Manage office monthly bills like utilities and deliveries. 11. Other ad-hoc projects as needed.
