职责描述：
1. Control the time, cost and quality for project launch phase, Leading team to meet the requirements from production validation to mass production.
严格管控项目导入阶段的成本,时间和质量，引领并激励团队确保达到PV到量产阶段要求。
2. Communication: Ensure communication of process / part changes to PMO regarding customer needs, required by mgt. system documents and procedures.
交流：根据管理体系文件和流程，确保进行研发/工艺/客户产品变更方面的沟通。
3. Troubleshooting: Participate in troubleshooting production problems by seeking solutions with related department.
解决问题：通过寻求解决方案参与到生产问题的解决中。
4. Regularly organize project team members to open project review meetings to discuss project launch progress and issues that arise;
定期对项目Launch进度、问题点组织项目小组人员召开项目评审会议；
5. Undertake any other tasks assigned by the PM and PMO Manager.
完成项目与业务发展经理安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
Bachelor degree, major in Science and Engineering, 5 years project management working experience in auto industry;
理工科学士学位，5年汽车行业项目管理经验；
Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, leadership, project management, problem solving and organization skills are necessary.
良好的沟通，客户服务，人际交往，领导能力，项目管理,问题解决以及组织能力
Be knowledgeable in areas of seating technology and manufacturing processes and quality systems.
了解汽车座椅以及制造流程、质量体系；
? Be familiar with TS16949，APQP, PPAP & Control plan,.
熟悉ISO/TS16949质量体系标准；熟悉APQP、PPAP及控制计划。
? Should be proficient OFFICE software, can preparing excellent PPT ；熟练运用OFFICE办公软件，能够制作优秀PPT；
? Excellent Communication skills both oral and written in English or Korean. 良好英文口头和书面沟通技能
