Business Solutions: Identifying business areas where there are opportunities for technology to improve a business outcome and supporting the delivery of business technology solutions to the market orchestrated globally, regionally, and locally.
Technology: Ensuring that the various infrastructure services (e.g. network, data center, local IT Helpdesk etc.) that are provisioned by various service providers are meeting defined service level agreements. Innovation: Driving new ways of working and new ways of experimentation, driving ideation and supporting delivery of innovation initiatives in the market. He / she is sitting in the local market executive leadership team, focused on connecting the local business strategy with the firm’s technology roadmap. Initial focus for the role will be around delivering the first segment of the technology roadmap and enhancing the firm’s cybersecurity posture. Work closely with the APAC Head of IT in shaping the technology and digital services strategy ensuring that the market input is included technology roadmap and digital plans. Act as a voice of the local market where there are challenges are additional support needed. Contribute in scoping, defining, and delivery of technology projects for the market and for the region. Oversee and manage daily IT support and incident management, driving root cause analysis identification and service improvement where possible. Manage consultants and contractors to bridge approved business solution towards technology development project teams Monitor and ensure timely completion of projects that is within scope, schedule and budget – including change control Deliver timely and accurate communication to stakeholders Provide leadership, mentoring, professional guidance, direction and supervision to other internal team member on all development and project management matters Provide continuance to allow the business harvest benefits post-program completion Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems and related disciplines Experienced in solution architecture for enterprise technology platforms and participation in innovation projects with wide knowledge across multiple technology domain At least 7 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams Excellent organisational and communication skills (Conversant in English) Possess collaborative communication style and influential skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking Self-motivated & ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Analytical and possess good creative thinking and problem-solving skills TECHNICAL SKILLS Information Technology | Microsoft Office 365 | Technology Operations | Network & Infrastructure | Program/Project Management | Cloud Computing | CyberSecurity | Digital Transformation TOP 5 GENERIC SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Leadership | Decision Making | Communication | Problem Solving | Transdisciplinary Thinking Degree qualified, you have minimum 10 years of experience in managing technology teams spanning multiple domains and specializations.
