Process Engineer 工艺工程师 (PE)
Job Description:
IMPACT and OPPORTUNITY
Develop and apply production processes and participate in project team according to Gentherm APQP procedures.
开发和应用产品工艺依照Gentherm APQP流程参与项目小组；
Improve existing procedures and processes from start of production till end of project life time.
从生产开始到结束生命周期过程中，完善现有的过程和工艺；
Take over leadership or specialist/key user responsibilities for Gentherm projects, processes and procedures.
领导或者作为专家/关键用户，负责Gentherm项目，工艺和程序；
Participate in Gentherm local or global teams.
参与Gentherm当地或全球的团队。
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
For New Project / 新项目：
Carry out process feasibility evaluation and process release according to the design drawing.
根据设计图纸，进行工艺可行性评估并进行工艺放行；
Participate in the project quotation of tools, process and personnel.
参与工具、工艺、人员的项目报价；
For Sample Production Phase / 样品生产阶段：
According to the design information, confirm the sample process parameters.
根据设计信息，并确定样品工艺参数；
Make PFC document, based on process flow.
根据工艺流程制定工艺文件；
Follow up sample production and solve process related problems.
跟踪样品生产，以及期间的工艺问题解决；
Collect and measure time study, identify production capacity and production line requirements.
进行工时采集与测量，识别生产能力以及产线需求；
Manage sample build progress, guarantee sample delivery in time and communicate with sample requestor timely.
管控样件生产进程, 确保样件及时交付并且与样件需求部门进行及时沟通；
Identify the process of new materials combination and process validation of new materials.
进行材料新组合的工艺识别，并进行新材料的工艺验证；
Provide process input and requirement for new equipment.
提供新的设备，工艺上的输入和要求；
Lead sample PFMEA and review DFMEA.
主导样品PFMEA，以及评审DFMEA；
For Trail Run Production Phase / 试生产阶段:
Lead trail run and work out production line layout.
主导试生产, 制定生产线布局图；
Update PFC and WI according to design information.
根据设计信息更新工艺流程图与作业指导书；
Review tooling drawing, input related information for tooling making and provide technical support.
进行工装图纸评审，为工装制作输入相关信息，提供技术支持；
Lead preparation of machine specifications for new equipment and production line development. Lead new equipment and new production line development and introduce by working closely with supplier.
主导编制设备规范文件用于新设备及新产线的开发；与供应商协作，主导新设备与新产线的开发和导入；
Maintain process routing, production version in SAP system.
在SAP系统中维护工艺路线、生产版本；
Follow up the production process, confirm rationality of process and personnel allocation and record.
跟踪生产工序，确认工序与人员配置的合理性并记录；
Lead trail run production meeting and coordinate problem solving.
主导试生产会议并协调问题解决；
For Job0 Production Phase / Job 0阶段:
Provide process support for production, organize related meetings and solve related problems timely.
生产工艺支持，组织相关会议，及时处理并解决相关问题；
Prepare and update PFC, PPK document to Quality department.
更新与准备PFC、PPK 文件至质量部；
For SOP Phase / SOP阶段:
Monitor the production cycle, solve problems timely.
进行生产节拍监测并及时解决问题；
Assist to deal with the customer complaint and support production process.
协助处理涉及工艺的客户投诉，支持生产工艺；
Participate in and conduct process continuously improvement activates based on lean principles.
参与并实施基于精益原则的流程持续改进活动；
Implement related tasks assigned by department leader.
执行部门领导分配的其他任务。
Job Requirement:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree of Education.
大专及以上学历；
Good reading & writing of English.
良好的英语读写水平
3 years or more years of work experience in automotive company.
3年或3年以上汽车行业公司相关工作经验。
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree or above
学士学位及以上
Mechanical or electronic related major
机械或电气工程相关专业
