83 RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS岗位职责
1. Create and update information of assigned customers and related products in XA.
在公司ERP系统XA上面建立和更新所负责客户及产品的相关准确信息。
2. Update customers forecast in XA in time based on delivery history, input from customers and sales team- customer service responsible for 1st 4-week forecast and sales team responsible for next 8-week forecast. Cooperate with sales team for forecast accuracy analysis.
根据交付历史、客户及销售提供的信息,及时在系统更新客户预测,客服负责前4周的订单和预测,销售负责后8周的预测信息。协同销售做好预测准确性分析。
3. Review new customer order (CO) including product grade, quantity, price, delivery date and payment due. Create CO and master MO in XA. When new customer order (CO) is created, delete / update related forecast in time. 核对客户订单信息(包括正确的品名、价格、交期及到期款项情况),并在XA创建CO和MO。当有客户订单录入,及时删除和更新相对应的预测。
4. Review CO with raw material procurement and production team to confirm delivery date. Respond to customers with CO Acknowledgement and coordinate with change for finished goods delivery in time.
与原材料采购和生产部共同评估订单,通过订单确认书回复客户订单交期,并对有关变化及时与客户及时沟通。
5. Coordinate with raw materials procurement, production, sales, engineers for any urgent orders or samples requested by customers.
遇客户紧急订单或样品需求,和生产、原材料采购、销售及技术,协调交期。
6. Track on customers’ due payment and push for payment on time. Coordinate with sales and production team for payment and take actions when there is a delinquent situation to ensure customer satisfaction in healthy term. 跟踪客户到期货款,敦促客户及时货款,如遇超期货款,及时与销售、生产部门沟通协调催款和确定后续订单的执行。
7. Responsible for overseas customers order- shipment coordination, documents for customs declaration/ shipping and other documents required by customer (Certificate of Origin etc). Participate in management of logistic forwarders.
负责出口客户订单,运输的安排、跟踪和相关报关和船务文件及客户要求的证书(如产地证)的办理。参与国际物流公司的管理。
8. Send CO&ASP report (on daily basis), overdue payment report (on weekly basis), and purchase/ sales report (on monthly basis).
完成每日CO&ASP订单汇总日报、到期货款周报及采购/销售汇总月报。
9. Support quality dept. for customer satisfaction investigation and ISO9001/ ISO14001/ IATF16949 audit, process audit, customer audit and work related to 5S/ KAIZEN .
协助质量部完成客户满意度调查,配合公司ISO9001/ ISO14001/ IATF16949体系审核、流程审计、客户审核以及5S和KAIZEN工作的开展和进行。
10. Collect data for KPI analysis and participate in action plan for improvement.
KPI数据收集和分析,参与相关整改方案和改进措施的执行。
11. Support delivery coordination and follow-up for domestic customers and management of logistic forwarders.
协助国内货物运输的安排、协调、跟踪及物流公司的管理。
12. Other tasks assigned by supply chain manager and company.
协助供应链经理和公司交代的其它相关工作。

83 QUALIFICATION 任职资格
1. College degree or above
大专以上文化程度。
2. 2 years+ experience of related work. Strong sense of responsibility, pro-active, detail- oriented.
2年相关工作经验。责任感强,工作积极主动,认真细致。
3. Fluent mandarin and good English communication skill.
普通话标准流利和一定英语沟通能力。
