Key accountabilities and responsibilities:
1.shipping arrangement within China and internationally
2.monitoring transportation process and handling arising issues
3.informing clients on shipment status, issues and additional costs arising
4.handling shipping documents
5.developing agent base, searching for new partners (transports companies and freight forwarders) within China and internationally
6.promoting company and its services
7.preparation of commercial offers for clients
8.signing contracts with clients
9.maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
10.managing accounts (monitoring accounts receivable)
Required experience & skills
1.College or above (Full time education)
2.Strong community relations and industry contacts (knowledge of freight forwards and transport companies operating within China)
3.Previous experience in transport and logistics (3 years minimum)
4.Experience in arranging FTL, LTL shipments to Russia is a plus
5.Communication skills
6.Creative problem solving
