主要任务和职责 Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1、开发，监控，控制以及更新项目计划，时间节点，工作结构以及行动计划根据客户期望和内部项目追溯系统（CTM）以支持已获得的业务。
Develop, monitor, control and update the Program Plan, Milestone Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure and Action Item Register to support awarded business in compliance with customer expectations and internal program tracking system (CTM)。
2、在开发过程中支持产品工程，维护零件设计规范。支持指定项目建议的产品性能特性的开发。了解环境 对于性能的影响。熟悉相关产品的所有规范，参加产品设计评审。
Support the Product Engineering in the development and maintenance of the component design specification. Support the development of the performance characteristics of the product proposed for the assigned programs. Understand the effects of location and the environment on performance. Be knowledgeable with all specifications pertaining to the product and participate in Product Design Reviews.
3、通过项目会议支持DV样件和PV样件制造，以确保项目实施与生产就绪。评审所有的产品试验计划，并获得客户批准。及时跟踪所有问题的关闭情况。评审试验结果，并提交给客户，获得批准。
Support DV and PV builds through team meetings to assure that projects are implementation and production ready. Review all test plans for products and obtain customer approval. Follow-up for timely completion and issues. Review test results. Submit the results to the Customer for approvals.
4、开发并对项目预算负责，从财务部门确认项目发生的费用并根据内部追溯系统汇报项目财务状况。预测并跟踪项目资本支出。
Develop and be accountable for the Program Budget, secure the Program Charge Number from Accounting and report on Program Financials per the internal tracking system. Forecast and track capital expenditures.
招聘要求/ Qualification & Requirements
1、理工大学工程本科
Science university engineering degree.
2、至少三年汽车行业工作经验，其中至少二年项目管理的经验。
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the automotive industry, out of this minimum two (2) years of experience in the program management.
3、具备项目管理方面的知识，熟练使用项目管理的工具。
Possess the knowledge of project management, master project management tools.
4、较强的沟通，表达以及组织能力，英语可开展正常会议。
Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
