Responsibilities: 1. Helpdesk: ? Provide regular Microsoft office suite user training and daily support ? Provide IT inductions and training for new staff ? Support daily usage on Emails ? Rollout desktop hardware & software according to company standard ? Respond to daily request on hardware & software issue and follow up ? Ensure anti-virus system works well ? Monitor health and security for both local & cloud servers ? Assist in performing system infrastructure projects ? Work with service providers to ensure the performance of internet/intranet, and phone systems. 2. system: ? Provide regular ERP training and daily support ? Assist in ERP change requirement collection ? Assist in completing functional testing and user acceptance test ? Support the implementation of new functionalities through the provision of testing, communication, training materials production and training of staff ? Assis in master data collection and maintenance process ? Understand users’ expectation through pro-active and effective communications. 3. Others: ? Provide basic IT support on other systems, e.g., PIMDAM, QA FangCloud ? Maintain Company website ? Assist in requirement collection, development, training and daily support on other Surity website
Requirement: - 2+ years’ work experience in helpdesk and application support, experience in IT function training is an advantage - Knowledge of IT infrastructure service support - Familiar with flowchart, data analysis and database concepts. Well-versed in MS office - Good troubleshooting and analytical skills - Good presentation and training skills. Common sense, pro-active, customer-service minded, good communication skills, collaborative and willing to learn - Good documentation skills
