Responsibilities: 1. Manage product development process with internal teams, AUS Designers, and local suppliers, turning design concepts into real products and ensuring the product design and specifications meet quality standards and customer requirements. 2. Work with suppliers and internal teams to complete the design review/ evaluation and ensure products are evaluated, tested, and approved (sealed) per standard and mandatory requirements. 3. Ensure customer-compliant and supplier issues are managed and resolved with the supplier during product development stages 4. Ad. hoc project as assigned.
Requirements: - Background in toys is mandatory. - 5+ years of related experience in the toys retail brand, trading company, or buying office, experience in toys or wooden manufacturing will be a plus - Strong technical knowledge and skills, understanding of US/EU standards, familiar with product development from design to realization. - Strong communication skills & good at problem-solving - Proficiency in both written & oral English
