Qualifications / Job Requirements:

-- Education: Typically, a bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited college or university(Material Science, Chemistry or Engineering is preferred)
-- Work Experience: Typically, more than 3 years quality assurance experience in coating, automotive, chemicals etc. area
-- Required Skills: 85 With ISO9001/IATF16949 system knowledge and internal audit skills,
85 Basic statistical knowledge and practice, such as MSA, SPC, process capability assessment and sampling;
85 Sufficient experience in customer complaint handling and new product introduction
85 Oversight of consumer requirements and certifications;
85 Strong interpersonal/communication skills;
85 Proficient in written and spoken English, is able to communicate with oversea colleagues directly;
85 Computer literate.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Establish quality control requirement for in-coming, in-process and outgoing process;
2. Perform process capability studies for new equipment and new products introduction in plant;
3. Review process statistical stability performance and lead project to improve process performance and product quality;
4. Assist new key supplier selection, qualification and assessment;
5. Responsible for customer complaint resolution and corrective action follow up;
6. Perform process audit and provide quality related training to manufacture team;
7. Responsible for quality system compliance and internal/external quality system audit;
8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
