Your Responsibilities

1. Driving sales performance together with AM;
2. Opportunity pipeline tracking and support, including getting feedback to sample orders and quotations;
3. Administrative tasks to support Account Managers;
4. Forecast data entry;
5. Customer documents and other RFIs;
6. Sales contracts & price agreements entry, monitoring, changes; consignment agreements (inventory tracking);
7. Customer notifications;
8. Proactively managing overdues to support cashflow , overdue payments, dispute cases, order blocks due to overdue payments or credit limit issues;
9. Prepayment order handling with customer after 10 days;
10. Invoice cancellation / correction;
11. Credit / Debit notes requests and approvals, incl. return;
12. Customer Master data general maintenance and updates;

Your Profile

1. Oral English can be working language;
2. Being experienced as CS or sales assistant;
3. Being good at excel, pivot, vlookup;
