1. CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责
a. ：市场追踪：密切关注负责品类(溶剂)上下游的市场动态以及宏观经济走向包括但不限于原油，汇率，航运，制造指数等做周度分析汇报以及市场更新，快速反应，制定采购方案避免高位成本；
Market tracking: Focus on market dynamics of product chain, Solvent category analysis under macroeconomic trends, including but not limited to crude oil, exchange rate, shipping index, manufacturing index, etc. Make weekly analysis with Asia team. we require quick response and decision on market movement with logic thinking, develop purchasing strategy aiming for cost control.
b. ：供应商管理：定期组织供应商会议进行商务交流，挖掘合作新机会，探索新供应商新产品以及新商业模式；
Supplier management: Regularly organize supplier meetings for business communication, explore new opportunities for further collaboration, sourcing new suppliers & products to seek creative business models to realize vitality of suppliers’ pool.
c. ：项目管理， 通过寻源替代或者市场走向监控致力于降本增效，拥有创新思维， 优化供应链合作效率；
Project management: be committed to cost reduction and efficiency improvement through close communication with technical team and supply chain, we need more innovative business thinking of whole chain from raw material to finish goods.
d. : 产品管理：建立维护产品数据库，深度分析整合溶剂产品产业链上下游关联影响。为下游原料产品提供清晰可靠的数据支持。
Product management：establish and maintain product database, analyze and integrate solvent product industry chain ranging from upstream to downstream with in-depth care. Provide clear and reliable data support to team who are interested in downstream raw material products.
e. ：系统管理，定期上传并更新系统数据，管理招标系统，寄售价格，整合零单询价工作；
System management: manage bidding system, price index and consignment price monthly and keep continuously optimization.
f. ：协调亚太区溶剂团队月度市场会议，周度项目会议以及支持COE团队的数据优化工作。
Coordinate APAC Solvents team meeting by month, and support COE team data optimization work.

2. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

? 6-10 years related working experience in Chemical Industries/ 6-10年化工行业工作经验
? Fluent oral and written English
? Team working Spirit
b. Preferred/优先考虑的：
? Commercial experience in chemical industries
? Strong presentation capability
? Cross functions influence capability
技术/技能要求：
a. Required/必需的：
? Skilled in Office/Outlook software and data analysis熟练使用Word, Excel，PPT 等Office软件

? Proficient in Oracle /Oracle 系统的操作经验
