Job Responsibilities：
Identify and plan requirements for designated indirect material spend areas/categories based on close dialogue with relevant user departments.
Source, select and approve suppliers for designated indirect material categories in close cooperation with relevant user departments and functions (including supplier audits when relevant).
Support and challenge user departments in ensuring that optimal indirect material specifications are in place.
Ensure best possible agreements for designated indirect material spend areas/categories, according to the purchasing objectives, by following the Tactical Purchasing Process and utilizing relevant contract formats (including frame agreements etc).
Implement and follow up regional/local agreements as and when relevant for the company.
Report on agreed KPIs.

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
At least 10 years related working experience in indirect purchasing or technique purchasing, Chemical industry.
Project manager background with mechanical or civil engineering experience is preferred.
Fluent English both orally and literally
Out-going, detail oriented, presentable, great negotiation skills
