1. Above University degree in Industrial engineering, more than Over 7 years of experience in IE function scope management & factory layout planning (over 500 employee manufacture of OSAT or PCBA with SMT process is PLUS) .
2. Over 3 years of experience in management position
3. Familiar with Office & AutoCAD software on Windows or OS system for engineering drawing design & identification.
4. With English communication skill.
5. Good presentational skill, can deliver clear message logically.
6. Implement department work plan according to company strategy and KPI and push continuously to achieve target
7. To Plan and Drive continuous improvement projects (CIP) to improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.
8. Drive and assist the progress of automation to ensure smooth introduction and implementation.
