Main Responsibilities: ?Capability to drive performance in the role of being a business partner to Plant Director ?Drive performance culture by managing typical KPIs on safety, compliance, profitable growth, quality and market through PDCA logic ?Establish, ensure and develop core processes (standards) out of responsible areas such as operational excellence (PMO project management standards) and leadership excellence (multifunctional team management etc.) ?Cooperate with relevant departments and ensure the alignment between Plant and other departments in responsible area ?Be able to manage given assignments and being promoter of established lean transformation system in Plant ?Establish standardized method and toolbox to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of matrix management ?Assist Plant Director to manage the businesses incl. tasks (assignments; routing tasks; etc.) and KPIs (safety; quality; delivery; cost; compliance; etc.) ?Assist Plant Director to penetrate the roadmap incl. culture; structure; strategy in responsible area
Qualifications: ?Bachelor’s degree or above (university) ?5+ experience as production supervisor in industry. 3+ years’ experience as project leader. Strong knowledge in areas such as production management; lean transformation; project management etc. ?Fluent English both in written and spoken, German is preferred Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools, SAP knowledge is preferred
