岗位职责: 1. Recognizing and assessing potential customers and determine target customers; 识别和评估潜在客户,确定目标客户; 2. Understanding customer needs/technical requirements and providing profound input during the proposal/quotation development; 了解客户需求/技术要求,并在建议书/报价单制定过程中提供深刻的意见; 3. Preparing quotations and orders in VON ARDENNE′s computer system; 准备报价单和订单; 4. Being responsible for the promotion and sale of related products, taking the initiative to meet customers, to build up and maintain relationships to clients; 负责相关产品的推广和销售,主动会见客户,建立并维护与客户关系; 5. Developing and revising equipment (and upgrade), service sales proposals and quotations; 制定和修改设备(和升级)、服务销售建议和报价; 6. Supporting the Sales Director and Head of Sales with representative duties and contract negotiation. 协助销售总监和销售主管履行代表职责和合同谈判。
任职资格: 1. Bachelor′s degree or an equivalent qualification; 学士学位或同等学历; 2. 1 to 3 years of experience in sales in a foreign or JV company; 1-3 年外资或合资公司销售经验; 3. having experience in the photovoltaics cell business environment (industry, customers, suppliers, competitors) is a plus; 有光伏电池业务(行业、客户、供应商、竞争对手)经验者优先; 4. Very good communication skills, good listening skills and an understanding of how to response; 良好的沟通能力、倾听能力和反应能力; 5. Very good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is mandatory for this position; speaking German is a plus; 良好的英语口语和写作能力,会说德语者更佳; 6. High ability to work independently and without direct support and supervision; 独立工作能力强; 7. Contributing to the further development of the company in accordance with the requirements of VON ARDENNE; 按照冯阿登纳的要求,为公司的进一步发展做出贡献; 8.
