Job Responsibilities ? Focus on daily maintenance of JD store and oversee monthly campaigns and activations. ? Develop an annual/monthly/campaign-based plan for the JD channel following the marketing calendar. ? Lead JD Store experience development and improvement, managing JD projects. ? Monitor JD data (traffic, conversion%, sales, etc.) to understand trends and reasons, providing regular reports. ? Manage performance marketing, collaborate with the marketing team for paid traffic efficiency tracking, KPI analysis, and regular EC ROI insights and actions for JD. ? Budget control – Support Paid MKT colleague to plan and execute annual JD marketing budget, including allocation and spending tracking to ensure effective control and ROI. ? Maintain close connections with JD platform contacts to identify new opportunities and achieve goals. ? Work closely with the TP team to achieve overall business success for JD flagship stores.
Key Requirements ? Experience in JD brand store management is a must, 0-1 experience is a plus. ? Familiarity with JD traffic, business development/trend methodology, and platform strategy. ? Passionate about digital and new technologies, with good E-business sense and knowledge. ? Detail-oriented, understanding luxury e-commerce trends, and local client insights, especially in the JD ecosystem. ? Skillful in reading and translating data into insights. ? A good team player with a performance mindset and project management skills.
Education - Bachelor’s degree and above ? Who you are - 2+ years of e-commerce experience in major brand names, preferably in fashion, sports, or luxury. Solid knowledge of third-party platforms such as JD or Tmall is a plus. - Strong business sense and tactical thinking. - Maturity to handle multi-department communications and coordinate internally. - Adaptability to quickly respond in a fast-changing business environment.?
