职位描述：

1建立健全满足公司战略的制度、流程，搭建科学高效的现代供应链运行体系，通过数字化系统化及建设团队有效提升运营质量和效率，精益管理， 全方位负责成本管控和服务质量；

2负责运营体系建设，规章制度、流程的制定与优化工作，建设并监督流程的标准化和规范化；

3根据经营目标，审核、拟定成本、费用目标，督导各相关部门分接、控制；进行净利毛利分析，组织成本考核，负责；

4负责公司各部门运营状况的跟踪、汇总和分析，跟踪各部门工作目标进展，促进公司总体目标的达成；

5收集行业相关政策信息，跟进政策方向为公司的经营提出可落地的方案并负责落实；

6掌控经营、服务状况，合理调配人力、物力、财力，全面完成任务指标和工作计划，不断提高经营管理好水平、服务管理水平和经济效益；

7对影响公司重大决策的调研数据负责；对公司中长期发展规划的组织推动、执行负责；对公司年度经营计划的组织与协调负责；

8支撑项目开发的工作，负责指导下属项目上线前后的各项事宜，协调跨部门，跨职能的资源，完成约定的物流服务并在项目运作过程中不断优化运营方案。

9监控部门物流业务的发展情况，监督各项目运营质量并根据运营指标的完成情况，提出整改意见，确保业务稳定发展。

10根据各项目属性，进行人、财、物、流程的资源共享，配合各项目部指定优化目标并指导和监控项目完成目标值。监控项目系统可视化按公司目标值推进

11有效的起到承上启下的作用，认真做到全方位服务和协调工作

任职要求：

十五年以上第三方合同物流及供应链管理工作经验，其中五年以上的三方合同物流外资公司同岗位工作经验，扎实的行业人脉和管理业绩成就。

具备优秀的领导能力、判断和决策能力、计划与执行能力、沟通协调能力、团队协作能力；

抗压能力与稳定性强，愿与公司共同发展，有较强的工作稳定性。

Job Description:
