岗位职责：
1.负责窗帘面料和家纺成品订单的全流程管理，包括订单确认、生产跟进、货物交付、收款，确保订单按时、按质、按量完成。
2.与客户高效沟通，及时响应客户咨询，挖掘需求、协调开发、打样、寄样，积极服务，提升客户满意度。
3.协调内部生产、仓储等部门，掌控交付节奏，确保订单发货顺畅。
4.有销售意识，能协助业务人员前期客户拓展。

任职要求：
1.本科学历。英语听说读写良好，能和外国客户交流（刚性要求）。
2.5年以上外贸成品相关经验，熟悉外贸以及面料跟单流程。
3.积极主动，有韧性，责任心强，有良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神。
4.熟练使用office办公软件。学习能力强。
5.有窗帘/靠垫/玩具/家居的经验优先。

Responsibilities :
1.Oversee the full process of curtain fabric and home textile orders, including confirmation, production follow-up, delivery, and payment collection.
2.Communicate efficiently with clients, respond to inquiries, coordinate product development, sampling, and mailing, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order delivery.
Assist sales teams in client acquisition and market expansion.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree. Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
2.5+ years of experience in finished product foreign trade, familiar with export and fabric order processes.
3.Proactive, resilient, responsible, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
4.Proficient in Office software. Fast learner.
*Experience in curtains/cushions/toys/home furnishing preferred.
