Key Responsibilities: 1.Identify new opportunities and convert into business cases in the gas handling industry that are suitable for the environment of Seitz; 2.Optimize and accelerate the process for market involvement decision; 3.Lead people in cross-functional local and international team to transform ideas into action; 4.Maintain and expand network with potential Customers/Partners/Suppliers; 5.Build up market strategies to reach ambitions set (30/30); 6.Achieve strong market overview and solid understanding of market trend in gas business in China, develop reports and analytics, leverage technology to monitor trends and activity levels; 7.Initiate new local business projects; 8.Develop and plan key account strategies that provide the greatest opportunity to make sales growth.
Qualifications: 1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 2.10-15 experiences in gas related industry 3.good pneumatical understanding 4.Combination background of business and engineering 5.Good analysis skills on reading and market reports 6.Good negotiation and communication skills
